As I said last week, a better tip name would be 'Stay In Your Posture.' I see a lot of golfers loose their posture or spine tilt during the swing (above). To fix loss of posture you need to keep the proper angle between your back thigh and torso. At address put your "tush" on a pole in the ground. During your swing keep the pole touching your "tush" during the backswing (below) and down swing. You can move away in your follow through. This helps you to get your shoulders to turn 90 degrees relative to your spine. Staying in your posture will help you make clean consistent contact with the ball.
