How to fit your Posture Shirt.
Measurements Needed: Men's-chest size, measured at the nipple line; Women- bust measurement, blouse or dress size.
Step1: Pull the Posture Shirt up to each elbow; then pull overhead.
Step 2: Once the Posture Shirt is on, grab the back of the shirt in the middle at the hem and pull down.
Step 3: Pull each arm sleeve towards the elbow to eliminate any bunching of fabric under the arms.

Posture Shirt Fit Tips
- If range of motion in the arms is inhibited, size up.
- If fabric is bunching or very loose across the shoulders &/or in between the neuro-bands & the desired 'pull back' of the shoulders is not being felt, size down.
- If fit is uncomfortably tight under the armpits, size up.
- If overall the fit is too tight or too loose, size up or down accordingly.
